The CIO Office’s main objectives are to coordinate and plan business requests in relation to available resources, continuously improve IT processes and monitor the performance of IT activities. To achieve this, the CIO Office provides strategic and operational support in all aspects relating to the organization. All matters relating to IT responsibilities and, in particular, for the follow-up of IT actual costs against IT budgets and forecasts.
As a PMO you’re a key figure in completing each project. You will coordinate and execute the IT project portfolio within the Benelux organization. That means that you will provide guidance and support to the project managers to make sure that all project management activities (Scope, Budget, Planning, Deliverables, Quality and Risk, ,….) are managed and respect the plan
The ideal candidate has got to have a structured mindset and excellent organizational and analytical skills. You have gained experience within PMO or (IT) project management. You work in a result-oriented way and are committed to your work.
This is you:
• very good communication skills;
• At least 1 year experience as a (IT) Project manager or PMO Project officer ;
• In possession of at least a bachelor’s degree ;
• Fluent in Dutch and English ;
• Working in an International organization means that you will get the possibility to travel to Brussels (once a week).
